This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Information we collect

  • Contact and shipping information: name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order information: products purchased, amounts, returns, and any messages you send us.
  • Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Device and browsing information: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We need the information required for checkout to process your order.

How we use your information

  • To process and ship your order, and to handle returns, refunds, and customer support.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • To send you offers by email or text message, if you sign up (see "Marketing messages" below).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
  • To understand how visitors use our store and to show you relevant ads.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only with those who help us run the store:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which processes data on our behalf and, for some purposes of its own, under its privacy policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers).
  • Payment processors and banks, to complete your payment.
  • Our suppliers and shipping carriers, which receive your name, address, and phone number to prepare and deliver your order. We operate from Nicaragua and some of our suppliers are located outside the United States, so your information may be processed in other countries.
  • Email, analytics, and advertising tools (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok).
  • Our accountants and government authorities, when required by law.

Under some state laws, using advertising tools that track your activity across websites may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time (see "Your privacy rights" below).

Marketing messages

  • Email: we only send marketing emails if you sign up. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.
  • Text messages: we only send marketing texts if you give us your express consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Consent to texts is never required to make a purchase.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies, our own and from third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them.

How long we keep it

We keep order information as long as needed to provide our services, and afterward for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising.
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request.

To make a request, email datosglobalcomp@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to verify your identity first. We respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Our store uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments are processed in PCI DSS–certified environments, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
