These terms govern your use of the Velvet Paw online store (https://theglobalcomp.com/) and any purchase you make there. By placing an order, you agree to them. Each order is governed by the version in effect at the time you place it.

Our store runs on Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with us. Shopify is not a party to the sale.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, give us accurate information, and keep your account secure if you create one. We sell for personal use, not for resale.
Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colors may look different on your screen. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax, shipping costs, and other charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll let you know, and you can either continue at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Placing an order
Add products to your cart, enter your shipping details and payment method, and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct all your information before you pay. We'll then email you an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt. If a product sells out or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel your order before it ships and refund everything you paid.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is charged when you confirm your order, through a secure payment processor. We do not store your card details.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and conditions are in our Shipping Policy. If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we'll let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. We are responsible for the product until it is delivered to you or to the person you designate.
Returns and warranty
You can return products as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Defective, damaged, or wrong items are covered as described in that policy. Except as stated there, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided without any other warranties. Some states don't allow limits on implied warranties, so this limit may not apply to you. We are the seller and are responsible to you, even if a product is shipped directly by our supplier.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, and design of this store belong to GlobalComp or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without our permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.
Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses or malicious code, scrape data in bulk, or access the store with bots or automated agents that don't identify themselves as such. Reviews you post must be honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to the product, but we never remove reviews just because they are negative. If you violate these terms, we may block your access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for delays caused by events beyond our control, or for the content of third-party websites or tools linked from our store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs that arise from your misuse of the store or your violation of these terms.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes only apply to orders placed after they are posted.
Governing law and disputes
If you have a problem, email us at datosglobalcomp@gmail.com first and we'll try to solve it. If we can't, you may bring a claim in small claims court or in the courts of your home state. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.
General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchases.
